Cross Country Rep
• Assemble a complete team for each Saturday race (incl. A helper if requested) ◦ list of all participants should be noted & sent to house 6 for merits.
• One of the cross country reps should be present at each race
• Each Saturday:
• Be sure to be at the race just before the requested time it says on the information sheet
• Organize a meeting time to leave for the race
• Make sure everyone is wearing a house sport shirt
• Lead the group to the starting point of the race
• Register with the coordinator of the race (Mr. Whitehead) to confirm the presence of each team member and the helper
• Make sure someone (ideally the helper) takes a bag to put in things not needed for the race (such as phones or hoodies) which can be left with a helper at the race and be picked up again at the finish line
Food Rep
• Regular meetings should be held with HouseM, HoH team and also individual ‘food representatives’ from each year group ◦ any suggestions will then be brought up in meetings with catering staff.
Art & Photography Rep
• taking photographs at House Events, e.g. birthday suppers, parties etc., Sporting events etc.
• photos of HoH team, reps, school council etc. should be edited with names & rep names then printed and given to Mrs Young.
• design of house posters, invitations etc.
• obtaining art works done by House 6 pupils to decorate the house.
IT Rep
• reporting any issues with WiFi / network to IT.
• help students with computing issues / technical issues, e.g. getting new pupils onto Buzz / connecting them to WiFi.
