5. Confirm any material changes to the structure or operations of your business as it relates to property management over the last three years and any future changes to your strategy which might impact on your commitment or ability to deliver the services.
We made significant alterations to our customer facing operational structure in 2016, and have built on those changes consistently since. The only changes made in the last three years relate to additional resourcing and investment to service our growing London Integrated Property Management (IPM) offering.
Our current strategy will not be impacted by current and legacy impacts of COVID-19 as we do not work from decentralized office locations throughout England & Wales. Our operations teams are either scheme based, or serviced by staff working from home based locations.
Our ability to work flexibly, remotely, and on scheme locations is a key element of our service.
6. Confirm whether there are any outstanding claims, litigation or other matters which could materially impact on your ability to undertake this mandate or impact on your suitability for selection or professional reputation in the market.
We can confirm that Mainstay does not have any outstanding claims, litigation or other matters which would prevent us from undertaking the mandate.
With our focus on excellent customer service, we work hard to ensure that any issues that occur are resolved using best practice methods.
