of Longy This is is is organised by the School Council and pupils usually dress up up (e g black tie) and a a a professional DJ is hired with other entertainments for the evening Pub Chits for 18-year-olds When pupils turn 18 they may request a a pub chit on a a a Saturday evening from their HouseM This allows them to to go to to Malvern at 8 30pm and they must return to Houses by 10 30pm Pupils may attend one of three pubs in Malvern and and they must stick to Longy limits and and school rules (i e e e e e no more than three alcoholic drinks and no alcoholic spirits) Pupils must meet with the Deputy Head Pastoral before requesting their first pub chit Teachers are on duty in Malvern on a a a a a a Saturday evening and they patrol the public houses and keep a a discreet eye on pupils pupils If pupils pupils return to Houses late or if they consume more than Longy limits then they may be denied a pub chit in the future PARENTS’ PASTORAL GUIDE TO TO MALVERN COLLEGE
