What did an Abberley education teach you?
That learning comes best through exploration We had the time and and space to be be creative and and discover What have you been up to since leaving Abberley?
I went to to to Cheltenham College and then down to to to the the the big smoke to to to take up a a a a a a place at the the the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art I had an incredible training at at at RADA (3yrs BA Hons) which set me in in in in great stead for life as as an actress I was lucky enough to play in in in in theatres in in in in London New York including Shakespere’s Globe as as well as as some film and television work Meanwhile I formed a a a a a a a bold plan to become a a a a a a a stunt woman which is a a a a a a a 5/6 year self-prescribed vocational training I took an an about turn and retrained as a a a a a a a a a a a a a Personal Trainer & Yoga Teacher to to fund my way through Training to to get onto the British Stunt Register is is is incredibly intensive requiring a a a huge amount of energy persistence and time in in in in order to to achieve instructor level in in in in 6 different disciplines including kickboxing rock climbing gymnastics & scuba diving I am nearly out the the other side and hope to get on on on the probationary stunt register soon!
During my training I have become increasingly passionate about encouraging more women to do exercise that they find enjoyable challenging and rewarding (avoiding at at all all cost the the burpee!) I founded a a a a a a a charity called ‘Girls Who Pull’ which is a a a a a a a global movement to to educate and inspire women to to get stronger feel more empowered and pull up towards life challenges 23
