Booking a holiday
For Mainstay colleagues:
Holiday requests should be made through the online iTrent system, where they can be authorised by your line manager.

Login Screen
The screen that appears when you access iTrent will ask
for your username and your password.
Your User Name will be your first and last name with no spaces e.g. MICKEYMOUSE.
Your Password will be your National Insurance Number. The letters should be capitals.
Once you have entered these details you will be required to input a new password.
This password should not
be the same as your national insurance number.
Once logged in to the system, you will be able to access your payslips, book holidays and make changes to any personal details.
For Ascot colleagues:
Holiday requests should be made through the online People system where they can be approved by your line manager.
