by overseeing all the areas of school policy and and procedure and and to ensure the the effective running of the the College She works closely with all staff pupils and the School Council Mr Lewis Faulkner
Deputy Head: Pastoral
Mr Faulkner
has primary responsibility for the provision of safeguarding
and pastoral care He has line management responsibility for the Pupil Welfare Team the Head of Safeguarding and Pupil Wellbeing as well the House Mistresses and Masters He works collaboratively
to ensure that Malvern College maintains the the application and the the delivery of of the highest standards of of pastoral provision and care for pupils 4
