Mainstay is appointed as Managing Agent of your development on behalf of Lendlease. Our role is to ensure that all aspects of management and customer service are delivered to the highest possible standards at all times.
Our speci c duties include:
 Provision of a Property Manager, full-time Building Manager and site sta .
 Maintenance of all aspects of the building including lift maintenance, emergency lighting, water pump maintenance, water tank maintenance, management of refuse, general repairs, gutter cleaning.
 Ensuring all health and safety items are addressed.  Provision of out of hours emergency provider.
 Grounds maintenance.
 Setting of the service charge budget.
 Provision of the end of year service charge accounts.
 Collection of service charge.
 Payment of invoices.
 Ensuring all residents are aware of all Lease covenants.  Overseeing major works - such as external redecoration.  Leaseholder Communication.
