South Gardens
South Gardens is located in the centre of Elephant & Castle, a lively and energetic area with a rich history at the centre of good transport links. The site is part of a major regeneration programme with new homes built to the highest energy e cient standard.
New trees have been planted around the site to complement the existing mature trees providing a relaxed environment which helps to attract wildlife and to naturally balance air quality.
South Gardens development is made up of a mix of homes all set around generous internal courtyards and amenities. Landscaped courtyard gardens o er space to enjoy some green space with safe play areas for younger children while grow gardens on the roof give residents the opportunity to cultivate fruit, vegetables and herbs and to build a sense of community while working together.
Car parking
Car parking is allocated to those leaseholders who purchased a car park space, and car park access is operated by a vehicle registration recognition system. Please register
your vehicle with the Concierge who will record your vehicle details and give you access. The car park entrance is located on O’Callaghan Way.
Door entry system
Building entrance doors have electrically controlled locks that are operated:
 For residents - by a key fob.
 For visitors - via the calling panel located outside the
building entrance doors.
Residents will be issued with uniquely identi able key fobs, programmed by Mainstay, the Managing Agent, to allow entry to the appropriate building doors and common areas as well as the use of the lifts.

Lost your fob, or require additional fobs? Please contact the Concierge who can advise you.
Fire alarm testing
The on-site team undertakes weekly re alarm testing to ensure that the system is fully operational.
