9.0 Conclusion
As a market leader in our industry, Mainstay has the specialist resources and track record to take on previously managed schemes such as Royal Arch at the Mailbox. We have built an enviable reputation for raising the standards at developments on behalf of our customers, o ering a smooth transition from the previous management company. We already manage schemes locally to Royal Arch, including Liberty Place, King Edwards Wharf and Centenary Plaza.
We are a successful, independent and privately owned company wholly dedicated to residential, facilities and mixed-use management. Our national status ensures we provide a comprehensive and robust back o ce support infrastructure but our locally placed teams ensure we instil a collaborative, personal, hands-on approach to all the communities in our care.
Our substantial  nancial growth and national management portfolio is testament to our ability to meet the needs of our clients and customers in the highly-specialised area of property asset management. Whilst we do have national coverage, local community service is at the heart of our company.
Our focus on developing relationships, exceeding expectations and providing technical knowledge and expertise enhances the value of management to our customers as well as maintaining and enhancing asset portfolios.
