Curentdaypupilsaremainlylocatedwithinthe20minutetraveltimeinthe townofMalvernitself,withotherpocketsfurtherafieldinareassuchasLedbury, BroomyardandHereford.42%ofalcurentdaypupilstravelupto10minutesto reachtheschoolwith77%ofalcurentpupilstravelingupto20minutes,and 94%ofalcurentpupilstravelingupto40minutes.Both3to6and7to12year oldsectionshaveasimilarproportionofpupilslivingwithin10minutesofthe schoolbutbeyondthistheolderpupilslivefurtherfrom theschoolthantheir youngercounterparts.
Almosthalf(48%)ofalcurentfamiliesareclasifiedasAspirationalAreas–lower incomefamiliesmakingasacrificewhilst39%areclasifiedasHighRoads– traditionalafluentindependentschoolbuyers.7to12yearolddaypupilsshow thelargestproportionsofAspirationalAreas,whilstyour3to6yearolddaypupils containthegreatestproportionofLow Roads.

Weestimatethereare123childrenaged3to6livinginfamilieswhowouldbe expectedtoconsidersendingtheirchildrentoanindependentschooliving within30minutesofyou.Youcurentlyrecruit53pupilsfrom withinthiscatchment area,suggestinga43.1%share.Youhaveaverygoodshareofareassuchas MalvernandLedbury,buttherearepotentialmarketsinWorcester.Thismarketis e x p e c te d to g ro w b y 3 .1 % to 2 0 2 9 .
7To12YearOldMarket
Focusingon7to12yearoldsshowsanestimated930childrenlivingwithin40 minuteswhowouldbeexpectedtouseanindependentschoolikeyours.As with3to6yearolds,youhaveaverygoodshareofareassuchasMalvern, Ledbury,andalsoColwal.Therearemarketsfurtherafieldfrom areassuchas WorcesterandDroitwichtobeinvestigated.Youcurentlyrecruit156pupilsfrom thism arketindicating a 16.8% share.Thism arketisprojected to grow by 0.7% to 2029.
