Salary
Pay and benefits are important to all of us and we therefore regularly review and benchmark our salaries and total benefit package to ensure we remain competitive within our sector and to offer our Team Members as
much total reward as possible.
In keeping with this your salary will be reviewed annually.
Of course, there is no guarantee we will award an increase following a salary review, however, we will keep you informed of any review and outcomes.
Your monthly salary will be paid directly into your bank or building society account by credit transfer on the last Friday of every month, except on bank holidays or in December where an alternative date will be set and communicated
to all Team Members.
Your salary will, of course, be subject to income tax and national insurance deductions in the normal way. Our Accounts Team maintains a record of each Team Member for payment and income tax purposes.
