Bonus and incentive
We are always pleased to be able to reward our Team Members further.
You will be eligible to take part in either a quarterly incentive scheme or an annual bonus scheme, dependent on your
job role. Full details of the scheme you are eligible to work towards will be provided to you within the first few weeks of your journey with us.
The bonus and incentive applicable to your employment may be varied from time to time. Bonuses and incentives are either paid quarterly or annually, as stipulated in your Bonus Scheme letter, in arrears with your salary.
To be eligible for a bonus payment you must be in employment at the end of the bonus cycle and not under notice of termination of employment.
Bonus payments are performance-related and payment is made at the sole and absolute discretion of a Company Director. The bonus scheme is non-contractual and subject to change at any given time, even where payments have been made previously on a consecutive basis.
