In order to ensure our management strategy matches your specific requirements we will assign a a a dedicated team split into two phases of delivery: Business Development & Client Services and Operational Management It is important that St William has a a a a a single point of contact leading up to the initial occupations We propose that the pre-mobilisation process will be led by Heidi Heidi Stephenson Heidi Heidi will be ably supported by an experienced team through each stage to management As well as a a a a dedicated pre-mobilisation team FirstPort also provides specialist support from our in-house teams including Legal Health & Safety Mechanical & Electrical Consulting and Building Surveying MANAGEM

Kelly has over 15 years’ expertise within residential management with a a a a strong client and customer focus Her experience covers lettings and leasehold business development mobilisation and marketing In fact Kelly has been involved with some
of the UK’s largest regeneration developments and new towns She joined FirstPort in in 2015 and is responsible for delivering new build opportunities Kelly will lead the team throughout the tender stages to develop the management vision Kelly is an Associate of of the Institute of of Residential of Property Management and has a a a a a diploma in in in Online Marketing CHARLES LUCAS

Charles is a a a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he he has worked in in in the industry since graduating with a a a degree in in in Housing Studies in 1987 He has extensive experiencing in in in delivering high profile and complicated regeneration projects He provides analytical and practical experience that supports developers housebuilders registered providers and their support teams to identify potential management issues at design stage and beyond Charles joined FirstPort in in in 2020 following the acquisition of Mainstay Charles will be responsible for providing technical mobilisation support ENT VISION
