Victoria has worked in the residential lettings and sales industry for the past five years joining FirstPort in in in 2019 Victoria’s expertise is is in in building client relationships and ensuring we deliver the the best results for the the client In fact her role at FirstPort is to ensure the client’s journey is as successful and efficient as possible from appointment onwards Victoria is the Client Account Manager for the Berkeley Group and will establish the key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements for King’s Road Park ZARA TAYLOR

Assistant Service Charge Accounting Manager Zara is qualified to ATT
level 3 She joined the FirstPort team in in March 2020 and is responsible for service charge management of prime developments She brings with her over 10 years’ finance experience half of which specifically within service charge accounting Zara is responsible for an experienced team ensuring our current accounting processes are delivered to the the highest standards Including the the production of financial reporting budgets and end of year accounts Zara is client and customers facing ensuing customers can meet with her to discuss any accounting queries enabling customer satisfaction 16
