To support you you and your customers we will coordinate move-ins manage the logistics and and provide a a a a a meet and and greet with new residents so so they receive a a a personal and friendly welcome to their new homes Thereafter we will hold regular informal surgeries so residents can meet with us Some of these will be held as group meetings while others will be one-to-one appointments that residents can book if they have specific questions or concerns We will encourage the residents to take a a a a proactive interest in in how King’s Road Park is managed either through a a a a a tenure blind steering group or Residents’ Association (RA) We will look to create regular interactions with this group by holding regular meetings and issuing updates thereafter We note from the draft lease provided it is not not St William’s intention to create a a a a a Residents’ Management Company (RMC) The importance of effective communication through a a residents’ group is therefore essential here here We will will also create an an annual events programme This will will reflect the the interests of the the new residents use all elements of of the development and embrace your vision of of King’s Road Park as an an open friendly and inclusive community In our experience events need not be lavish affairs but should create opportunities for people to meet and neighbours
to become friends Once we have further information on on the the the facilities and their intended use we will be in in a strong position to propose events that use the development to maximum advantage We understand that the facilities will be for exclusive use of residents However if there is a a a consideration to make facilities such as the the meeting rooms available to the the wider community we can explore this with you We will engage with the the businesses in in the the commercial units to promote their goods and services This will include organising exclusive VIP offers for the residents o of King’s Road Park This may include loyalty cards discount on group bookings and VIP discounts As mentioned we we envisage a a a a bespoke portal and website for King’s Road Park This will be available to all residents and the commercial operators This provides a a a a a fast simple way for residents and businesses to share events clubs book facilities community interests and VIP offerings Engagement extends beyond the King’s Road Park development to the the wider community At all of the the developments we we manage we we are passionate about supporting local causes that are relevant to our residents and the the communities where they live Our approach at King’s Road Park will be no different Canary Central BBQ event We will incorporate local charities and community organisations within our programmes events and communications This helps raise customers’ awareness of the wider community as as well as as reflect what is important to the the area In addition we will establish relationships with the the emergency services and other local stakeholders to keep King’s Road Park a a a a a a a vibrant and safe place The residents will have unfettered access to the onsite Estate Management team and be provided with contact details for the team and concierge It is not currently clear whether the the the entry system will link between blocks and the the the concierge At this stage we will will assume that it it will will If so it it will improve our modes of communication MANAGEMENT VISION
