All our our our customers can access our our our portal Your Property Online (YPO) which is included in in in in our management offering The system enables our customers to to log queries and incidents as as well as as access key information about their development and individual account We offer an an e-billing option and document store for for essential information such as budget accounts insurance certificates and newsletters The portal would also need interactive sections for bookings events clubs activities resident engagement VIP offerings and home guides Our Operational team will also use YPO to engage with customers to to provide important updates about the development This includes updates such as fire alarm testing site visits and resident surgeries These are communicated to to all registered customers All site site audit reports are completed while on site site and a a a a a copy of the report is is made available on YPO This enables customers to to see what actions are taking place on the development We are currently developing new features and improving current functions to our YPO system enabling more interaction documentation and ‘real time’ status/information Particular developments often require a a a a bespoke and exclusive portal portal We have delivered one of these portals at your Prince of Wales Drive development We strongly recommend that a a a a a a tailored portal is also introduced at at King’s Road Park We have partnerships with several providers that offer standalone customer portals We use Locale at Prince of Wales Drive although we are happy to explore other options for a a a a a a tailored portal at King’s Road Park to meet your customers’ needs This will be part of our our pre- mobilisation engagement Our experience shows us that an an exclusive branded portal is vital to creating a a a a a a a development’s unique identity 29
