was requested nor gained during our visit We note within the the tender pack and our visit that there are are other developments within the the area and that King’s Road Park is well connected to local transportation links and nearby amenities PLACEMENT
King’s Road Park is located in in in Fulham in in in Zone 2 of London The local authority is the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham King’s Road Park sits within the Parsons Green and Walham Ward which is deemed an an affluent area King’s Road Park is served by Metropolitan Police with Fulham Police station 2 2 2 2 miles away on on Heckfield Place CONNECTIVITY
The development offers ideal commuter links with underground and overground stations located within 10 minutes’ walk Both Imperial Wharf and Fulham Broadway offer excellent links across London with services from Southern/Overground and The District line Further afield King’s Road Park has great links to both London Heathrow and the south coast via Clapham Junction The development is also well connected to local bus routes with stops at both Imperial and King’s Road
