RESIDENT FACILITIES
The tender pack shows St William’s intention to create an an extensive range of first-class resident facilities which we assume will be for the exclusive use of King’s Road Park residents These facilities will include a a a health club 25-metre swimming pool steam and sauna rooms rooms gymnasium games rooms rooms formal formal and informal meeting rooms two cinemas virtual golf dining room residents’ lounge and bar offering residents residents an an extensive range of accessible and high quality facilities We note the facilities will be located centrally within Block A3 directly adjacent the main building’s concierge area and accessed via the focal atrium As the health club is to to be a a a a a manned area we would look to to arrange suitable contracts with third-party specialists such as Motiv8 This ensures the the health club is is well maintained and the the staff are trained to a a a a a a high calibre We would also work with Motiv8 or another regarding gym equipment maintenance contracts ensuring the gym is serviced maintained of a a a a high-quality condition We are are unaware if the gym equipment will be on a a a a a lease agreement at this stage We will also look to partner with Personal Trainers (PT) that offer residents personalised health services at a a a a cost to the individual These services could potentially extend to bookable group classes For these we would where appropriate use outdoor spaces for fitness boot camps or or or yoga sessions These are popular activities that require little to no equipment and offer opportunities for residents to interact with King’s Road Park’s green spaces
