Webcollect was introduced as a new way of connecting with our members, enabling them to join and renew effortlessly and also receive email messages from the club.
Crossmember & Lavenham Press
In April 2024 we transitioned to
Lavenham Press to support our membership secretary process, they can be contacted
on Tel 01787 249285.
As part of our ongoing commitment to invest in the club, from the start of April 2024 we have moved to a membership management system called CROSSMEMBER, operated professionally for many car clubs by the Lavenham Press Organisation.
Any new members joining will link to the new system from the website joining page.
Existing members will receive initial contact from CROSSMEMBER (Lavenham) to explain how to log in for renewals and reminders when your membership is due, but otherwise should notice little difference. There will be a new phone number (01787 249285) listed on the website and here in Karmann Komment for any membership questions which will be handled by the Lavenham team.
Note that during this change over, members who pay automatically by standing order
or direct debit may receive an automated reminder message that your membership renewal is becoming due. If this happens, as long as your payment method is still in place, please disregard the message.
There is no change in who you pay, only how it is administered.
Members can use Crossmember to do the following:
• Renew your membership and avoid your membership lapsing with PayPal or Direct Debit etc
• Update your contact details
• Update your address to ensure you receive your next Karmann Komment
• Book and pay for events, including the Club International
