We are responsible for for a a a a a a a a a large range of of residential commercial and mixed-use portfolios for for a a a a a a a a a variety of of developer investment investment and occupier clients Working with small family trusts right through to real estate investment investment arms of major PLCs we look at at at at creative and alternative ways to enhance the value optimisation or or yield from property assets At the heart of of our our ethos is exemplary client and customer service at every stage of of our our engagement From our our 6 year working knowledge of Millbrook Park and our our more recent meeting engagements with Poly UK representatives we we believe we we are are prepared and and ready to support and and add real value by:
♦ Providing the requisite up front technical and management support as key members of the design and project team ♦ An established existing on site presence and embedded relationship with The Inglis Consortium in relation to all estate wide activities and requirements
♦ A full working knowledge of the estate framework agreement the interaction with existing non- management company phases and requirements
of TFL LB Barnet and other key stakeholders
♦ An existing engagement plan with phase developers resident groups Millbrook Park CE Primary School and other local bodies
♦ Our role in in supporting the delivery of a rounded management strategy relating to Millbrook Square and and its clear interface with Phases 6 6 and and 6B
♦ Utilising our existing experience at Millbrook Park in in delivering a rounded customer experience across tenures
♦ A working knowledge and and understanding of aims service levels and vision of other developers at Millbrook Park ♦ Delivering an integrated void mitigation strategy for the the benefit of Poly UK within the the current constraints that took effect site wide on 1st April 2019
