We manage manage a a a a a a a range of of of different types of of of estates from delivering the the scheme of of of management on the the single site Calthorpe Estate a a a a a a a a a 1 600 acre mixed use development in in Edgbaston through to to delivering a a a a a a a a a property rationalisation and cost efficiency strategy for a a a a a a a client with 19 UK sites We are currently working on asset value enhancement projects that will develop roof-top apartments and and also generate income from land disposal for advertising facilities These initiatives and instructions are linked but distinct from the large scale residentially led regeneration projects that we are involved in in in nationwide Some examples would include:

♦ Locking Parklands Weston Super Mare
♦ Longbridge Birmingham
♦ Egstow Park Chesterfield
These sites spread throughout the country all all exhibit similar characteristics and challenges to Millbrook Park with the the overriding ambition being to create a a a a a a a a a high quality legacy in in in in terms of urban regeneration in in in in a a a a a a a a a sympathetic manner that complements the the existing environment and and adds value to the the local community and and economy 7
