Flexible Fee Structure
Being privately owned we are generally able to structure our our fees in in in line with our our client’s requirements and drivers This project is is likely to be delivered broadly in two phases:
Phase one: Consultancy/Mobilisation We have reviewed the the requirements within the the brief dated 22nd March and are comfortable with the project requirements Phase two: Delivery of an an an ongoing property and facilities management strategy
We would be willing to to look at at arrangements that retrospectively reduces our phase one fee structure back to to a a a a a a a pure cost base on on the the successful securing of of phase two This type of of approach would save the the significant consultancy fees that might normally be attributed to this exercise particularly if carried out by fee fee earning teams in in larger integrated property companies
We would would propose a a a a a a a Phase one fee of £2 500 per quarter plus VAT from instruction which would would fall away at first handover currently scheduled for March 2021 Typical ongoing phase management fees are £180 per unit but as as the instructed estate manager at at Millbrook Park we are able to offer a a a a a a a a a a 45% discount on this figure meaning an an an average unit fee net of of VAT of of £100 pa 9
