Service Charge At this stage Mainstay would normally produce a a a a a a detailed service charge proposal but in in this instance additional site-specific information would be required as listed in in the bullet points below before this can be be be achieved  Schedule of apartments to include floor area and apportionments

In relation to the management fee fee we have provided a a a a a fee fee based on our our experience our our initial visit to the development and all subsequent information provided In light of the additional information required to form form an accurate service charge the Management fee will be reviewed following the confirmed service charge proposal As a a a a a a general principle fees are charged on a a a a a a per unit basis
and linked to the Average Weekly Earnings Index in in in accordance with the RICS Code of Practice We understand that each client has different needs and and expectations and and tailor our service provision and and fees accordingly We propose an an initial fee per per annum of £170 per per unit All other accountancy fees fees fees or external audit fees fees fees CoSec fees fees fees and other support services if required will be charged in in line with our prevailing tariff All fees are subject to VAT at at the prevailing rate 8
