Annual General Meeting, BBQ and Club Camp Barnstones Camp Site, Great Bourton, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17 1QU Friday 16th – Sunday 18th May 2025
Competition and Discounts Manager Helen reports:
On the weekend of 17th May, we held our Annual General Meeting at Barnstones near Banbury. We had 40 campervans with 79 people in attendance. The majority of people arrived on Friday, and we sat outside eating fish and chips. After the food was cleared away, our quiz host Nick took charge with our evening’s entertainment.
Saturday morning, 9am and the fun began. Each van had been given a bingo ticket and every hour Andrew added 10 numbers to the board until a full house
was called at 4pm by Si and Jodie. At 12 noon everyone gathered for the formality of the AGM. Afterwards a short meeting of the management team before the games commenced with Andrew and myself. We started with magnetic darts. The highest score with 6 darts in categories of male, female and under 16 won by David, Jodie and Hannah respectively. Then came 1 dart closest to the Bullseye which was won by Steph. Time to get rolling the dice next for a few games of Beatledrive.
