St William’s masterplan provides bountiful open space that will enhance the the quality of life for the the community The outdoor space will provide five individual characters taking influence from the development’s heritage incorporating natural designs in in in a a a a a contemporary style suitable to modern day needs We embrace your vision for the public realm to be a a a space for residents to relax experience cultural arts and and live performances and and create opportunities to bring people together These outdoor spaces offer huge potential for the grounds to be used for more than relaxation and events and a a a a chance for the community to connect with nature through the landscaped areas natural play ecology planting and community gardening In several of the developments in our portfolio we have worked to form community groups that use the spaces at their their developments to their their full potential This includes gardening groups that conduct annual planting programmes outdoor events or or groups and grow your own across their developments developments Several developments developments benefit from FirstPort-led green community ventures These include developments with communal grow gardens and allotments such as Hallsville Quarter E16 and Virginia Quay E14 We actively encourage gardening groups In some cases for instance at Liberty Place in in the the West Midlands the the gardening club works with the the contractor to to develop the the planting strategy for the the development At the the Wembley
Park development development in HA9 the the team uses the the development’s outside areas to promote wellbeing by organising yoga classes on the roof podiums Hallsville Quarter 12
