MANAGEMENT VISION
RECRUITMENT PLAN FOR KING’S ROAD PARK
We have vast experience in the employment and management of Estate Management teams King’s Road Park will benefit from an an in-house Human Resources (HR) team with a a a a a a a dedicated Business Partner Samantha Jones who will support our Operational team and you Working closely with the the team HR will ensure that we match the the right attitudes and competencies to the development so your customers and you can expect high quality service from the development’s staff HR will work with the King’s Road Park project team to create a a a specific staffing plan for the the development from the the organisational design strategy and structure to recruitment training engagement and retention They will also oversee the the administration of the the staffing including resourcing response learning and development employee relations staff benefits and payroll When we do need to recruit our HR team team has two teams to support them: Resourcing and Response the latter being our in-house recruitment agency Our Resource team works alongside the relevant manager to find suitable candidates In the first instance taking a a a a a a ‘FirstPort’ approach to recruitment using our own networks and LinkedIn profiles to attract talent as as well as as our normal recruitment process We have forged relationships with specialist recruiters that we may call upon when appropriate to do so Moreover we have several operational teams across London including next door at at Chelsea Creek This means that as well as offering help and support there is a a a a a bank o of talented and experienced individuals that can be promoted into roles at King’s Road Park This means it is is easier to bring talent into the development that is already trained to to a a a a a high standard and and familiar with the needs of providing service in in in line with our our our Four Pillar operating model and our our our values This internal recruitment is is known in in FirstPort as our Top Talent progression In 2020 we made a a a number of promotions:
As well as building our pool of talented and inspired graduates the programme is cost-effective enabling us to retain and develop valuable employees while removing the cost of high agency fees Our Response team provides our developments with support colleagues on temporary and permanent bases in partnership with our Property Managers They source individual one-off placements or high-volume vacancies to meet business needs The team predominantly recruits for the following positions:
