MANAGEMENT VISION
CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
As part of our operational business model we aim to be easy to do business with and recognise that no two clients’ requirements are the same We always tailor our reporting to each client’s requirements and and agree the frequency and and format immediately following appointment This is is incorporated into
the management agreement We are well versed
in in the Berkeley Group reporting and note St William’s specific KPI requirements Victoria Smith is Berkeley Group’s Client Account Manager Working alongside Head of Integration Heidi Stephenson Victoria is your main point of contact to ensure key stakeholders are engaged at the the necessary times throughout both the the mobilisation and operational process She will work with you to agree reporting requirements frequency of reports and is responsible for ensuring FirstPort’s teams meet their KPIs Typically our reporting across the Berkeley Group is is provided on a a a a quarterly basis and includes KPI Tracker H&S Compliance Operations Action Log Debtors Report Arrears Service Charge Accounts Surplus/Deficit Reserves Summary and in the Appendix Industry Update and and Consents and and Actual v Budget This is is usually presented and reviewed during quarterly meetings These are supported by interim monthly finance or or mobilisation updates These reports are sent in advance of mobilisation meetings and once the site is fully operational review meetings Of course each development is unique and we are happy to agree a a a meeting schedule specific to King’s Road
Park’s requirements Currently we export our data into
tailored client reporting packs However we we recognise that there
is an increasing desire for our clients to have access to real time information That is why we we are well- versed
in in using client portals portals These portals portals are particularly useful on new build developments where a a a a a a lot of information such as build data technical specifications and and drawings O&Ms and and warranties are uploaded during the build programme For one of our clients we use Aconex to review and download the the relevant documents as they become available We are also familiar with other systems used by developer clients such as as CreateMaster Asite
and Zutec We can supplement this by creating a a a customer facing development specific website for instance through Locale This will ensure that residents can access documents such as handover manuals home user guides terms and conditions for facilities use use videos demonstrating use of appliances local amenities and transport information
