Their first interaction with the owners and tenants of of of Bezier Bezier was a a a a a a a Welcome Event that they hosted on the the the roof terrace of of of the the the Bezier Bezier Towers The entire First Port team attended the catered event including management marketing finance and the the the property manager During the the the the event the the the the FirstPort team met with all the the the the the attendees (including the the the the front desk staff) inviting their ideas concerns and any feedback about the the the the direction to take the the building complex Deborah Holton – Director of Bezier 26

We wish to be engaged from as as early as as possible This means we can offer sales sales information packs to your sales sales team and where required attend meetings with the the team to discuss the the budget and service strategy If desired by St William we would also be happy to attend any sales launches This would enable us to begin building a a strong relationship with future residents and and and understanding their their needs and and and desires for their their new home As part of our pre-mobilisation process we will establish regular meetings with you to develop and refine strategies
and and our delivery vision in anticipation of handover The frequency of these meetings will obviously be subject to the the delivery stages Our project team is happy to meet at a a a a a frequency of your choosing We will provide regular reporting in in the format and frequency that you require At present we assume this will be in in keeping with how we currently meet and report on other St William developments As part of our communication plan for customers all new owners will be provided with a a tailored Welcome Guide This will give them useful contacts details on on how to to sign up to to the the portal and book the the facilities The guides will have all of the the key information that customers need for for their move to to be as as easy as possible The guide is also a a a a a great place to promote the development’s commitments to sustainability and community
