INSPECTIONS
As part of our Site Standards pillar we have strict KPIs to ensure high standards on the development These are monitored through site inspections We have two types of inspections The first is a a a full site audit that looks at at every aspect of the development with a a a a strong focus on the health and safety elements This is is a a a a thorough inspection that covers all aspects of the development from the the fabric of the the building decorative condition cleanliness lifts to functionality of phone lines The second inspection type is a customer’s eye view of the site This means inspecting the development with a a focus on what our residents and their visitors may see This ensures the the high-quality aesthetics of our developments are maintained Lee Johnson our Associate Director will be onsite as required but as as a a a a minimum on a a a a weekly basis These visits will review the Development Manager’s monthly audited site inspection Lee will also carry out his own visits to ensure inspected areas including health & safety communications site standards and and estate finances meet expectations As part of each inspection the Development Manager will review the the previous previous audit the the progress of previous previous tasks they have raised and the the development’s current site standards The inspection will cover each building within King’s Road Park and the estate Site inspections are carried out on on our proprietary FirstPort Site Inspection App The finished inspection is is uploaded to our our online portal for our our customers to to access supported with relevant photos of issues completed jobs and standards of the areas inspected In line with your specific requirements we will create a a bespoke site inspection model for each building within the development including our areas of management facilities car park and grounds In addition the Development Manager concierge and (where appropriate) security teams will undertake daily site inspections during the day and evening shifts Any items identified during their patrol are logged and instructed to ensure resolution The proposed patrols and our two-tier site inspection process means we will be actively on on top
of issues as they arise Lee will also establish relationships with a a a a steering committee of all stakeholders and agree regular contact whether via telephone video calls or face face to face face meetings to discuss any issues that may affect the management of the development This will provide an established chain of communication and give stakeholders a a a a a a clear unequivocal view of how we are managing King’s Road Park 28
