SECURITY & CCTV
We do not not note any reference to CCTV
and would assume that in in keeping with other St William developments a a a CCTV
system will be installed to cover the blocks resident facilities basement and public realm We would further assume the the CCTV
system will be centrally managed through the concierge facility The total number of CCTV
cameras and locations is to to be be confirmed in addition to the type of equipment and cameras We would wish to discuss the the role of the the CCTV
and security strategy with you in further detail to ensure we are able to provide the best management solution while meeting your vision DELIVERY AND POSTAL
MANAGEMENT We note a a a high-level postal strategy split into three categories subject to the type of delivery/post This being:
» Deliveries direct to apartment via courier or Royal Mail
» Deliveries to manned post room D2 basement service yard (temporary facility in A3)
» Deliveries to commercial units via the basement service yard Parcel management via the concierge will exclude perishables large goods and takeaway services We assume Royal Mail
will be able to to obtain access to to each core either via biometric pad or or or fob control or or or by contacting the the concierge Also we assume that the the post will be delivered via a a a a a a letter plate fitted in each apartment’s door All small parcels can be handled by the concierge service within Phase 1 located in in Block A3 We are are unaware of the facilities available to to store the items but assume this will be of adequate size secure with suitable shelving space and close to the concierge desk As part of the longer term parcel management strategy we note parcel management is is to to be moved to to a a a a distribution area within Phase 2

Block B2 We further note that long- term the Estate Management Suite will also be relocated We would wish to better understand the staffing requirements for the postal area Will this be a a a a a 24/7 manned area (we assume not) or or will there be a a a a a form of wall locker storage? We also seek clarification on on the size and specification of the storage area and how deliveries
via the basement will operate (hours storage areas bays weight capacity) There is reference to delivery access route via Park Edge / Park Road that will enable a a a a a a single delivery route for traffic control which is positive To ensure the smooth operation of deliveries
we can discuss appropriate digital management platforms such as Locale that will provide a a a a suitable service offering including tracking and notification We note the main main concierge service will remain within Phase 1 Block A3 We seek to understand the concierge team’s responsibilities in Phase Phase 1’s delivery and Phase Phase 2
when additional management features become available From this we will develop a a a short and long term strategy for the the concierge This will enable us to ensure the the staffing strategy is appropriate for any additional demands or or service expectations All moving logistics are to be managed by the concierge located within A3 We would recommend a a booking system to enable booking of the loading bays and appropriate internal protection fitting to lifts We are also mindful of of the the aesthetic appearance of of Phase 1 and the the impact that delivery vans may have on the the development Understanding the the position of the the loading bays in Phase 1 would be useful to ensure suitable traffic management and mitigate issues with parking outside of designated areas MANAGEMENT VISION
