FirstPort has an award-winning Business Development and Operational Management team that is committed to maintaining and developing strong lasting client relationships Over the last 12 months we have enjoyed significant business growth through new instructions (immediate and and and pipeline handover) mobilising phased sites and and and acquisition of the managing agents Mainstay Group and Chamonix Estates New instructions over the last 12-months across FirstPort and our newly acquired businesses equate to growth of 6% The majority of the instructions are new build opportunities and pipeline growth over the next 1-25 years A proportion of our instructions are on on on existing developments under management from another managing agent Our instruction having been received either from the the Freeholder Local Authority Housing Association or or Residents’ Management Company WHY FIRSTPORT?
