We understand the the building identified as A3 will house the the concierge and temporary Estate Management offices In 2024 this will relocate to Phase 2 2 2 2 D2 as as part of the build programme provided A3 is located off Sands End Lane and and will be one of the the main access points on on to the the development The concierge area is located centrally and leads to a a a a a a a centralised atrium as as well as as residents’ facilities that include a a a a a health club cinemas golf simulator and meeting rooms We note temporary parcel management will be provided by the concierge team located in A3 Permanent facilities and an an Estate Management suite will form part of Phase 2 construction The location and capacity of facilities within Phase 1 is is to be established Management solutions for facilities bookings and parcel management both initially and throughout the the evolution of the the development are something that we would seek to work with the St William team on as as this aspect is is crucial to delivering service to to customers Deliveries to the site will occur in three ways: 1) Direct apartment delivery / Royal Mail
