ethos and deliver a a TFM Partnership solution for Direct Line’s office portfolio Debbie now leads the TFM delivery model for DLG alongside the EPIC contract Debbie leads an IWFM award winning contract with a a a a a clear focus on on end user Customer Experience She considers people as as her most valuable asset and is passionate about the importance of people growth and development underpinning a a successful FM delivery model Eddie Wallbank

Eddie has over 30 years’ experience within Building Services Facilities Management and construction sector starting his career as a a a a a a a a a HVAC commissioning engineer working in in in in in in various Industry Sectors both in in in in in the UK and overseas After joining Ascot in in in 2010 as a a a a project manager Eddie moved into FM as an an account manager before progressing to to Account Director
Eddie has a a a wealth of experience in in in engineering services and has been an an integral part of Ascots growth and development Eddie continues to manage strategic relationships with our clients and key stakeholders whilst also supporting new FM opportunities as part of the bid and mobilisation team 04
