Mark has over 25 years’ experience in the Facilities Management and Construction sectors working with quality clients such as as Direct Line Group Centrica and Genting Casino Following the appointment to Ascot Services in in 2018 as QHSE Manager
Mark gained the NEBOSH general certificate NGC 1 and has accumulated a a a a wealth of experience in multiple areas of of QHSE as as as well as as as in soft and hard Facilities Management services Mark heads up the QHSE department and has overall accountability for ensuring statutory compliance in quality health safety and environmental including the development and updating of policies processes and procedures Sue O’Grady
HR Manager
Sue has over 20 years‘ senior HR Management experience gained within the Retail Distribution Facilities Management and Construction sectors Sue is a a a a a a a a a fellow member of of the Chartered Institute of of Personnel and and Development (FCIPD) and and a a a a a a a Mental Health First Aider Sue joined Ascot in in 2020 as HR HR Manager
