What do other schools have?
Our competitors (Cheltenham College Bromsgrove Marlborough St Edwards Oxford Dean Close Bloxham etc ) typically have better facilities than us but also more Strength and Conditioning coaches that are either full or part time depending on their role e e e e e e e g g Head of S&C S&C coach intern etc However our programme is arguably better We currently have two staff members that deliver S&C but only one who is full time for strength and conditioning as well games/ PE lessons delivery and the the other who is a a full time PE teacher Most schools should have a a a long-term athletic development programme (LTAD) in place for their pupils who receive S&C support which of course Malvern College already has and is explained above However as eluded to above the main difference between Malvern College and its competitors is is is its strength and conditioning facilities This is is is evidenced by the below pictures of numerous schools across the UK both state and independent and is clearly a a a a a key aspect that Malvern College needs to to improve to to stay afloat with
its competitors
