The cost of the extension has been discussed with Dan Landon and and he has estimated the costings to be £50 000 If the College were to pursue a complete refurbishment and and re-branding (recommended) this would probably reach a a a a total of £80 000 • Two pupils joining the college as a a result of the Performance Pathway (and S&C suite) each year

• Private S&C group sessions for the public = approx £1000 per year
• Additional private S&C sessions to pupils = approx £1000 per year
• Private S&C sessions in holidays as camps for children/others = approx £500 per year
• Private hire to local clubs = £1000 per year
• Workshops (such as Nick Grantham this year) = £500 per year
