The following arrangements are based on years of experience and allow for fairness, transparency and minimise the chance of any problems:
» An email request and confirmation of arrangements must be received by the HouseM (or, in their absence, the Deputy HouseM.)
» College commitments take priority.
» Dinners should take place on Saturday evenings if possible, in order to minimise impact on Hall. Boarders should return to sleep in College.
» If mid-week, then pupils should leave and return as early as possible (e.g. 17:30 to 19:30) in order to minimise impact on Homework.
» All usual school rules apply (e.g. smoking, vaping etc.)
» Lower School pupils (FY, Remove, Hundred) must not consume alcohol at any time.
» FY and Remove pupils must be accompanied by parents/guardians.
» Parental permission is required for pupils travelling in cars with other parents/ guardians or pupils.
» Pupils may attend a maximum of three per term.
