2.0 Development Overview
2.1 The Scheme
My colleague Gary Crook (Managing Director - Residential) and I visited Albion Mill on 24th July 2017. Meeting with three RMC Directors, we conducted a walk of the development.
The scheme comprises 53 apartments and 7 townhouses, all leasehold. 15-20 apartments are a ordable housing, under the ownership of Fortis Living, who are also Directors of the RMC.
Albion Mill forms part of the much larger Royal Worcester, Berkeley Homes development, however, management control is totally vested with the RMC.
