  Meeting Adele
When the carefree days of summer va- cation came to an end, and I began my daily rou- tine of getting up early for school, I saw Winston almost every morning when I headed out for my fifteen-minute walk to the school yard. Without fail, rain or shine, he went for his morning walks. And when our paths intersected, I never said more than a passing “hello” or “good morning” to him, as he was sort of a quiet, private kind of fellow; but we were becoming friends just the same.
