After  extracting  rose  water,  some  of  the

            obtained  rose  water  is  sent  to  the


            laboratory  to  perform  various  tests  and

            ensure its standard.


            In          the          laboratory,               appearance


            characteristics  such  as  color,  smell  and

            taste, chemical characteristics such as pH,

            acid  number,  relative  density,  amount  of


            essential  oil,  oxidation  rate,  ethanol  and

            methanol,  and  microbial  characteristics

            and pollutants are examined.
