The Mush Hole

Born Mohawk on six Nations Mohawk
Territory, Gary began life with a loving mother,

father, and siblings. Tragically, he was ripped
away from his parents by Indian Police and

forced into the residential school system. The

Mohawk Institute in Brantford, Ontario, or
"Mush Hole" as the children would come to call

it, was the ended his childhood before it began.
