is the main input. In Vietnam, the industry is expected to grow at an 11.8% CAGR and achieve a market
volume of around US$120 million by 2028. After the pandemic, a strong digital transformation is
sweeping across the industry. Notable trends also include the increasing use of data for decision-making
or a stronger focus on talent development.
