    Balance is the Key


    In his experience, my brother said,
    balance is the key to a healthy school
    life as balancing work and leisure
    helps one focus in stability and gives
    your body a break physically.

     My brother continues to repeat that
    practice of taking breaks as

      “They help you feel relaxed

      when you are in a stressful
      situation.”

    Knowing when to stop or slow down
    can help your mind open, preventing
    strains or anxiety resulted by school
    woes.

    If balancing out your life is something
    that interests you, I recommend
    reading more articles to increase
    proficiency in school, because being
    prepared in a new school experience
    can help eliminate those early
    concerns beforehand and skip to the
    fun part.
