Mara Love, MS
Director of Communications

Mara Love serves as the Director of Communications for Tradd Management.
Dividing her time between the Greenville and Myrtle Beach offices, she works with
facilities and property management clients. Mara oversees the company’s
communication processes and client relationships. Mara earned a BS in Food and
Nutrition from Meredith College and earned a MS in Nutrition from East Carolina
University.

Tom Martel
Facilities Manager

Tom Martel serves as Facilities Manager for Tradd Management. Tom is responsible
for oversight of facilities management, capital improvement assignments, vendor
management, and staffing needs for commercial properties under management. He
oversees facilities staffing to include hiring and managing maintenance technicians
and on‐site staff for properties. In addition, Tom is involved in analytics to maximize
bulk buying opportunities and cost benefit analysis.

Tom was born and raised in Epsom, New Hampshire. At age 19 he relocated to Ohio for job
opportunities and met his wife the first day in Ohio. He and his wife have one son. While in Ohio, he
attended the American School of Technology where he earned his certification in HVAC and began his
work in the construction and facility management field. Prior to joining Tradd, Tom was the regional
maintenance director for a large multifamily and commercial property management company in Ohio.
