Debbie Jumper
Risk Manager

Debbie Jumper serves as Risk Manager for Tradd Management. She oversees risk
management processes for properties, vendors and tenants, as well as reviewing and
monitoring insurance policies and quality control procedures for the association,
occupants, and service providers.

Debbie holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Minor in Business from Florida State
University. Prior to joining Tradd Management in 2011, Debbie worked for a local general contractor firm
serving in accounting and operational roles. Debbie has been a Myrtle Beach resident since 2000 and is
extremely active in the community to include Boy Scouts, First Presbyterian Church, and a number of
civic organizations.

Jennifer Calamari
Accounts Payable Manager

Jennifer Calamari serves as Accounts Payable Manager for Tradd Management. She
oversees operational support for the financing department and vendor
management.

Originally from Shrewsbury, NJ, Jennifer has resided in Myrtle Beach for over 25
years. She holds an A.B. Degree from Duke University, majoring in Psychology and
Political Science. Jen is active in the community, attends First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, and
serves on the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Council.

Stephanie Graham, MBA
Accounts Receivable Manager

Stephanie Graham serves as Accounts Receivable Manager for Tradd Management in
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She oversees accounts receivables for the financing
department and property policies and regulation enforcement.

Originally from Lake City, SC, Stephanie has resided in Myrtle Beach since 2010. She
holds an MBA Degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Management from Coastal Carolina University. Prior to joining Tradd Management, Stephanie
spent 8 years working in the banking sector of Myrtle Beach.
