Senior Accountant

Demetria Lindsey serves as a Senior Accountant for Tradd Management where she
supports the Controller with client reporting and operation of Tradd’s web-based
accounting and property management platforms. She has 25 years of accounting
experience in facilities and institutional property management.

Demetria is a graduate of Lander University with a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration/Accounting. Demetria and her husband reside in Greenville, SC and she is actively
involved in their nonprofit organization, A Grace to Grow.

Alex Clayton
Director of Community Management

Alex Clayton serves as the Director of Community Management for Tradd
Management. In his role, Alex oversees client and vendor relationships, property
operations, and staff management, with a focus on optimizing processes and
enhancing operational efficiencies to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Before joining Tradd Management, Alex spent 18 years in community banking,
where he held leadership roles in banking systems and operations. His responsibilities included
implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, resolving complex financial and
procedural issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. He is a graduate of Clemson
University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. As a lifelong Horry County resident, he is actively
involved in the community and committed to contributing to its growth and success.

Karley Watts
Property Systems Integration Manager

Karley Watts serves as the Property Systems Integration Manager at Tradd
Management. She oversees the seamless operation of platforms that integrate
internal systems, client interactions, and customer support, enhancing Tradd’s ability
to deliver innovative and efficient property management services. In addition to her
technical expertise, Karley is an experienced property manager, ensuring properties
are managed with precision and a focus on client satisfaction.

Karley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Real
Estate. She holds a South Carolina Real Estate License and is actively involved in her community,
participating in the Grand Strand Young Professionals through the Grand Strand Chamber of Commerce.
