                             Tradd Management: Representative List of Commercial POAs & Properties

        Chatham Crossing POA (Currently in Development):

        115 Acres mixed-use development located on the west side of Carolina Forest connecting Postal Way & Hwy 501

            •  Association Management:
                   o  Structured POA formation & drafted governing documents with legal counsel
                   o  Incorporate components into POA (i.e. street lights, retention pond, etc)
                   o  Standard management services & onboarding of all new owners

            •  Development Management:
                   o  Oversaw 3-phase development approach
                   o  Involved in initial development including directing artery onto Hwy 501 & installing a traffic circle
                   o  Dealing with bonds and warranties that will last 3 years beyond the dedication of the streets

            •  Brokerage Services:
                   o  30% of the lots have closed
                   o  40% are currently under contract: mostly consists of major national companies
                   o  30% is still under developer control

        North Industrial Park POA:

        120 Industrial Lot Business Park adjacent to the Myrtle Beach Airport.

        Tradd’s CEO led the development & management of this association. Some noteworthy components include:
            o  Developed under a multi-county business park
            o  Drafted governing documents in collaboration with legal counsel
            o  Handled County approvals

        Portfolio of Office POAs:
            •  Singleton Ridge Business Park: 18 Lot POA with mostly medical office users in Conway, SC
            •  Mayfair Building POA: Office Condominium in Myrtle Beach’s Office District
            •  London Street POA: Office Condominium in Myrtle Beach’s Office District

        Village Square:  82,700 SF Walmart Neighborhood anchored retail center on 3901 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach

        Galleria: 168,000 SF Kroger anchored retail center at 9636 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach

        Founders Centre I: 42,000 SF Class A Office Building located at 611 Burroughs & Chapin Blvd, Myrtle Beach
