Asset Management:
 Tradd Management services extend well beyond property management to include Asset
Management; where we serve high net worth individuals, estates and trusts, investment
entities, and corporations outsourcing their real estate arm.

Project Management:
 Tradd Facilities, a subsidiary of Tradd Management, provides oversight and coordination of
capital improvements and construction management.

Receivership:
 During the financial period of the “Great Recession”, Tradd formed an Asset Recovery Team and
represented 13 lending institutions including two operating under a Loss-Share Agreement. The
Team provided a single-source solution for sales, management, and the full range of related
services required for disposing of distressed assets.
