TRADITIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CLASSES FOR 2016
Enrollment in many courses is limited and will be accepted on a first-received basis. Courses will be cancelled if there is
insufficient enrollment. Add $10 for “out of district” students (in-district includes Hudson and Six District Educational
Compact students) Session 1: June 6-24. Session 2: June 27-July 15.
COURSE CREDIT COST COMMENTS
GEOMETRY 1.0 $325 This course may be taken by students who have completed 8th grade to accelerate
to the next level. Teacher recommendation is required for acceleration
PHYSICAL .25 $275 Lifetime Fitness, Adventure Style: This class may include biking, weight training,
EDUCATION and other activities not typically offered during the regular school year. Students
need access to a bicycle and helmet.

SUMMER SCHOOL ONLINE OPTIONS FOR 2016
HHS will be offering online summer school courses using its APEX program. Courses that are ½ credit can be completed
in one of two 4-week sessions and 1 credit courses are expected to take 8 weeks. Students may elect to take up to two
credits. (Out-of-district students add $25 for 1-credit courses; $10 for half-credit courses.)
COURSE CREDIT COST COMMENTS
ALGEBRA 1 1.0 $300 This online course cannot be taken to accelerate to the next level. This course is
designed to satisfy requirements for those students repeating Algebra 1.
GEOMETRY 1.0 $300
HEALTH (1) .5 $170 On-line classes require attendance at the Orientation session. A fully licensed
HEALTH (2) .5 $170 teacher will be monitoring students’ progress during the on-line sessions and all
GOVERNMENT (1) .5 $170
GOVERNMENT (2) .5 $170 quizzes and tests will be taken at Hudson High School. Taking both Summer
School PE and Online Health during the same session is NOT recommended!
