If a suspension appeal is filed and a hearing is held, then notice
of the decision shall be sent by the Superintendent to the
student's parent, guardian or custodian, and the Treasurer of the
Board. If the suspension is upheld in any form, such written

of Education within fourteen (14) days of receiving the
Superintendent's appeal decision.
